Migrating from Obsidian to Neovim

I’m transitioning from Obsidian to Neovim for knowledge management. After trying a few different existing plugins like nvim-orgmode and org-roam.nvim to replicate the Tasks plugin and native Zettelkasten-style linking, I’ve landed on zk-nvim (opens in new tab) and my own vibe-coded plugin, taskdown.nvim (opens in new tab). We’ll see how it goes.

Local LLM Infrastructure

I have a tower I used to use for gaming that has a 5700 XT in it that I’m going to try and run one of the more recent Qwen models on, or perhaps one the Mixtral models with guardrails removed. I need something that will generate malware and malicious infrastructure without complaining at me and Opus is getting fussy at inconvenient moments.

Cloud and LLM Training

Always trying to keep my skills sharp, and right now that means bouncing between catching up on the more novel attacks on cloud platforms (primarily Azure) and going through the LLM red team CTF challenges provided by Dreadnode (opens in new tab).
